Another of the unusual commercial projects TST editor Jordan Silver encountered along the @norwegianscenicroutes.
This is a joint venture project, partially funded by the Public Roads Administration but delivered and operated by impassioned individuals.
The @norwegianscenicroutes have created concentrated nodes of tourism with their rest stops and lookout projects. Local operators have been able to leverage this to boost their own businesses, creating mini tourism ecosystems.
